Non-Fiction

Brambled branches
torn, reality
unborn, from
silver screen,
scraping vaulted
blue, wavering
waters tumble
through lucid
streets, dreams
dancing during
daylight, forsaking
ebony haunts,
lines, distant

through, the
breaking
of
days.

Killed,
beaten,
held down-
spared,
constantly being made,
trying to turn you back
as you fly by
in a nick-
saved,
you heal
all wounds,

not out
of You.

through the window,
blowing in the silent
wind, the sun

the glass,
stuck, like
a bug,
inside this
jar, of
nine
to
five.

Along water fronts
glistening reflections
stare back-
envying.

Mirrors, longing
for a different view-
to see beyond
boundaries.

Echoes yearning
for voices,
of their own.

Shadows seeking
sunlight, sultry
substance.

Humanity
hungering-
to be,
humane…
